I have spent my life building my professional career management foundation with all types of clients, and my own professional experiences have given me a wealth of career treasure, for which I am truly grateful. I find that if I specialize in the kind of clients that seek me out the most, I can dedicate my time, attention, and resources to them. This in turn helps me to be the expert in coaching these clients to leverage their knowledge, skills, and abilities into high-demand, marketable, and profitable career options.

Your goal is to get a job to get experience, or to look into training programs, so I would refer you to your local employment office where you may be eligible to obtain free or low-cost career counseling services, job search information, career workshops, and free or low-cost career training referrals. All my work is done over the telephone, as I have a virtual office.
I offer a 4-week career package, customized for your unique career goals and needs, where we speak once per week for an hour by phone.
Pricing depends on the services we select. I provide several career service options, so we can talk about what you would like and what would meet your career goals and needs.

1) CAREER ASSESSMENT:
I purchase an in-depth, valid, and reliable professional career test / assessment for your use and we review the results together, assisting you in better understanding yourself and your career needs.
PRICE: $150.00.
2) CAREER COACHING:
1 hour-long session per week for a total of 4 weeks.
PRICE: $400.00 per month.
3) RESUME WRITING:
I write a cutting-edge resume for you based on my own personal successful design that hiring managers love, and I give you a cover letter sample customized for a position you want to apply for today. This includes telephone sessions and homework, plus editing and proofing.
PRICE: Typically $350 to $450 for professionals and executives.
4) INTERVIEW SKILLS TRAINING AND PRACTICE:
I have the best materials and activities designed to help you succeed at quantifying your value to employers or hiring managers.
PRICE: $350.00 which includes all materials, and pre-and post practice interviewing sessions.
5) JOB SEARCH MANAGEMENT:
I have a computerized job search system that enables you to search for current positions, apply for them, and easily track them for follow-up.
PRICE: Feel free to ask me, I am still working on pricing the program.
6) VIRTUAL CAREER RESOURCE CENTER:
I have a wonderful Virtual Career Resource Center that you can subscribe to for a 3-month period, to help you research and learn all about any career or employment topic that you need to brush up on.
PRICE: $225 for 3 months of unlimited 24/7 access. I will send you detailed information about this resource for your review.
7) HUMAN RESOURCES-FOCUSED INDIVIDUAL CAREER ADVANCEMENT PLAN (ICAP);
I have a Human Resources-focused Individual Career Advancement Plan (ICAP) that you and I complete together. It is designed to make recommendations on how to advance in your current career or achieve "High Potential" status at work. I design your plan with specific human resources activities, recommendations, strategies, tools, and trainings or certifications to help you achieve your career advancement goals.
PRICE: $350.00 which includes 2-3 telephone sessions to complete your plan.
8) RESUME DISTRIBUTION SERVICE:
I have a Resume Distribution Service that I can purchase for you and take care of all the details in getting your resume uploaded and launched out to up to 100 employers.
PRICE: $150.00.
HOW DO I GET PAID?
You and I will speak about your career goals and needs, and we select the services that you are interested in and that are most beneficial to you. You are my expert on you, so you will tell me what you would like.
You can go my "MAKE A PAYMENT" page on my website and make a secure payment with PayPal. I accept payment in full for any services selected, I am not able to take payment plans or bank checks. As soon as PayPal notifies me that your payment has been received, I call or e-mail you and get your services started.
