For the friendliest staff and a Dentist that truly cares about you and has your best interests in mind, you can't go wrong with Dr. Coffey. Their staff is so professional and they were able to get me an appointment  immediately.  I felt right at home and they even filed my insurance for me.  Their cleanings are first-rate and Dr. Coffey is at the top of her game, she is a highly-skilled professional who has my complete confidence.

When another Eye Doctor's staff in town couldn't fix my new eyeglass lenses that they made so that I could see out of them without extreme vision problems due to warping, shrugging their shoulders at my $300+ dollar glasses that I couldn't use, Dr. Hoye's office immediately explained the problem with the lenses-and FIXED THEM so I could keep my new hot pink frames.   His staff was so patient, and they worked with me over several appointments to my satisfaction.  For all your eye care needs, you won't find a better Eye Doctor or staff!

* COX TOYOTA, BURLINGTON

After several disappointing experiences with wacky or downright rude  car dealers in Cary, Durham, and Raleigh (For example, one local Durham dealership's young salesman ordered  me to take him home so that he could pick his son up-ON MY TEST DRIVE!!! Really!! (I dropped him off instead), Cox Toyota in Burlington was a breath of fresh air.  Their staff worked with me to find me the exact car I wanted, and they even negotiated the price with me to my satisfaction.  I am fearless when it comes to car negotiations, I negotiated on every item in the car!  They were unfazed by my to-the-penny negotiations, and sold me the car at the exact pricing I wanted!  I love my car, have all of the features I want, and I even met Mr. Cox, the owner.  The service department is the best I have ever experienced in my life; and as a car lover, that is saying something.

I needed competent help with my I.T. issues.  I called TechWizards after seeing their ad in Carolina Woman Magazine.  The Owner answered, on a Saturday, and explained what I should do about the issue I had.  He did not charge me for his time or help, and I solved my issue immediately due to his information.  Later I called  the company several times with new issues and computer expansion needs that I had.  I am thrilled with the Technicians they send to me-what a responsive, professional and results-oriented staff!  It is expensive, but I want things done right the first time, and they deliver.  By the way, they are  cheaper than the Geek Squad, who couldn't get me in for weeks.  TechWizards makes time for me the week I call-and I appreciate that!  Thank you TechWizards!

Here is Durham's best-kept secret-Ladies-if you want your nails to look picture-perfect everytime at an affordable cost with products that protect and help your nails grow, go to Lynn, the owner at MiMi's Nail Spa.  I get the SNS nails, and couldn't be happier.  Flawless  nail work in a clean and elegant environment impress me to no end.  Lynn is a powerhouse of a skilled professional.  I get compliments on my nails all the time now.  Since I type everyday, that didn't used to be the case-SNS nails are better than gel or anything else.  Try them and you will see what I mean.  Anna and Julie are wonderful for pedicures too.

Kate is an outgoing, knowledgeable and wonderful hairstylist, who charges normal prices and delivers outstanding customer service.  She loves hair and working with it is very exciting for her-she wants you to be completely happy with her work-and I love that.  Folks, it is crazy for stylists here to charge $200 for my shoulder-length hair just to cut, color and style it, so I was THRILLED to find Kate.  She is s real gem.  I am impressed at her perfect blend of maturity and knowledge of current styles, combined with her skills in helping you achieve what you want without charging you ridiculous prices.  You can't get a better stylist than owner Kate Allen.
